Can I fit the products myself?
Yes, you can fit the products yourself. We advise that a competent tradesperson or DIYer fit the products. although the products are straight forward too fit, a good level of understanding is advised. What are the guarantees for the products?
Frame – 10 years manufacturer warranty
Glass – 10 years manufacturer warranty
Hardware – 12 months manufacturer warranty
Paint finish – 25 years (Based on following Smart’s guidelines for cleaning and maintenance)

How quickly will the products arrive?
We can supply stock-coloured products within 2 – 3 weeks.
What is the delivery cost?
Delivery is free on any order exceeding £1000 (excluding VAT) in value to a single address located within mainland UK.
Where a single order does not qualify for free delivery, there will be a standard delivery fee of £100.
What is a trickle vent?
A trickle vent is an air vent designed for background ventilation, positioned within a 42mm frame add-on, on top of the frame.
What is PAS 24
PAS 24 is a security upgrade that is generally required when fitting products into new builds. But can be used to uprage any installation. Consisting of Laminated glass and upgraded locking.
